GRIFFIN FJORD LINE

Griffin Fjord is the landscape line of Griffin Hus

Difference Between Fjord House and Fjord Villa

Griffin Fjord House is the compact family version of the line. It is clear, efficient and adaptable, suitable for one family and a strong natural plot.

Griffin Fjord Villa is the large representative version. It is wider, more ceremonial and more suitable for premium landscape sites, large coastal plots, family estates or high-value private residences.

Both products share the same design DNA: northern character, vertical timber façade, landscape adaptation, dark roof, controlled white accents, possible shutters, strong connection to view and long-term value.

The difference is not in quality. The technical foundation of the Griffin Hus system remains the same. The difference lies in scale, spatial scenario, representational level and the degree of adaptation to the site.

Engineering and Long-Term Value

The Griffin Fjord line must always be developed with strong technical discipline. Natural sites are beautiful, but they can also be demanding. Wind, moisture, snow, salt exposure, drainage, access, winter use, terrace safety and maintenance must be considered from the beginning.

Fjord must be expressive, but it must also be reliable.

The house should be easy to understand in operation, durable in exterior materials, repairable, climate-conscious and attractive on the market over time. This is why Griffin Fjord is not only a house with a view. It is a long-term asset shaped by the landscape.

The Griffin Fjord line is based on three core principles: careful integration into the landscape, the use of difficult or less accessible sites, and reinforced safety measures. The house must consider not only façade and view, but also terrain, access, wind, moisture, snow, drainage, terrace safety, stairs, retaining structures, entrance protection and long-term maintenance.
